We take care of you at Cycle Across Maryland!

Each day’s ride is supported by SAG vehicles as well as from CAM Central.  All rides have ride leaders who monitor the route and riders.  At the end of each day, SAG vehicles sweep the route to make sure that all riders are accounted for and no one is left on the course. 

EMTs are available during Cycle Across Maryland to assist with medical concerns and bumps and bruises.  In an emergency, please dial 911.

Cycle Across Maryland features several rest stops each day with plenty of food and beverages, including our famous tomato sandwiches!  Wrap up your day of cycling with watermelon and snacks at the finish line.
