The Tour du Port!
We need your assistance to make the 17th annual Tour du Port a huge success. If you are able to volunteer during the Tour - October 3rd 2010 - please click HERE and check volunteer/under comments write TdP volunteer. If you are available we will find a task to suite you! Many opportunities such as: greeter, safety information, registration, lunch, ride marshal, set up, clean up, sag wagon etc. Free 1 year membership, lunch and more!
- Manage Event/Meeting Calendar - check out our new transportation/ bicycle and pedestrian news calendar: http://onelesscar.org/page.php?id=281 We seek a volunteer to manage these important announcements!
- Event coordinators - do you love planning parties and events? Assistance is needed to organize a spring bicycle tour, a volunteer appreciation party and more!
- Fundraising - we now have 1 year to plan the 2010 Tour du Port. It is time for OLC to request donations and and seek sponsors. Please contact us if you have a knack for fundraising!
- Advocacy - Do you live near Annapolis and like talking to people about issues that interest you? Do you enjoy writing letters or making phone calls? If so - advocacy work may be a good fit for you!
- Data entry - at events we gather names/email address of those interested in receiving the OLC newsletter. We need to enter the data into our system.
